Call for Proposal for Bidding for 10th (2025) & 11th (2026) Congress
The Annual Congress of the APWA is held every year, usually in the fourth quarter. All APWA paid-up Full member can apply to host the Annual Congress and be the Convenor.
Notice to call for proposal for bidding Annual Congress to all APWA paid-up full members every year before 5 months of coming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Application form and required documents should be submitted to Secretariat Office on or before the deadline for Congress Committee review and recommend potential candidate to Executive board consideration and make final decision to confirm coming 2 years Annual Congress hosting location and Congress Convenor.

All shortlisted applicants are required to present their proposal in 5 minutes in the coming Executive Board meeting and result will be announced in October 2023.
Successful applicant is required to give presentation in the coming Annual General Meeting in Hong Kong.
